Molecular gastronomy restaurant introduces a helium balloon you can eat
The chefs at Chicago’s Alinea Restaurant have created this somewhat unconventional helium filled dessert that’s some sort of super thin confection that tastes like sour apple and changes the pitch of your voice while you’re eating it.
